Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SO FULL DIGITAL LLC ("Company"), located at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SO FULL DIGITAL LLC provides social media marketing services including but not limited to social media management, paid advertising, content creation, brand strategy, and analytics. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts and advertising platforms
• Review and approve content in a timely manner
• Make payments as outlined in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by SO FULL DIGITAL LLC during the course of providing services remain the property of SO FULL DIGITAL LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

SO FULL DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive termination of the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
